In what may be the coolest couple of all time, Frances Bean Cobain and Riley Hawk are dating.

As pointed out by People, the daughter of Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love quietly confirmed she's in a relationship with the son of skateboarding legend Tony Hawk in a New Year's Day Instagram post last month.

In the post, which marked Frances' return to Instagram after not posting for all of 2021, Cobain writes, "I took a year long break from posting on Instagram which was exceptionally good for my mental, emotional & spiritual health."

"2021 brought me more into the present moment than I've ever been, which I'm deeply grateful for," she continues. "I wanted to share a few moments that were captured/created this past year that brought me a great amount of joy. Here's to hoping everyone's 2022 is filled with authentic connections, a lot of warmth & profound discovery of self."

The post is accompanied by several photos, including one of Frances and Riley cuddling on a boat alongside the Hawk family.

In the comments, Riley replied, "Happy new year my love!"

The relationship appears to still be going strong -- in recent Instagram Stories, Riley shared a video of Frances skateboarding, while Frances posted a photo of Riley holding their dog. Heart emojis were most definitely included.

Frances was previously married to Isaiah Silva. Their contentious divorce made headlines due to a battle over Kurt's legendary MTV Unplugged guitar, which Silva came away with in the settlement. The guitar was later auctioned off for a record-breaking $6 million.
