43rd Annual Cowboy Breakfast Moving to Community Support / Delivery Program for 2021 – Still delivers Scholarships
Home-grown Celebrations Encouraged
San Antonio, Texas — For the past 42 years, we’ve had hundreds of volunteers gather in the wee hours of the morning to serve a traditional San Antonio-style chuckwagon breakfast to thousands, but in order to observe the City of San Antonio’s Covid guidelines, we are changing the way Cowboy Breakfast will serve the community in 2021 and we will not be hosting our large scale event. Instead, together with our sponsors & partners we will honor those that serve our community and those that are most in need with special breakfast deliveries on Friday, January 29th. Additionally, we will continue the tradition of supporting education thru scholarship by donating $5000 to the St. Phillip’s Culinary Arts Program

About Cowboy Breakfast
The Cowboy Breakfast Foundation was started in 1979 as an annual kick-off event for Rodeo season. Over the years we have given over $200,000 in scholarships to various non-profits including St. Phillip’s College’s Culinary Arts program. The event is run by volunteers and a Board of Directors. Sponsors and donors contribute to each year’s event to help with the breakfast items and the scholarship fund-raising.
