Derek Chauvin’s wife Kellie just threw him divorce papers.

Kellie Chauvin separated from her husband on May 28, the day before he was charged with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter for the death of George Floyd, according to the filing.

She is wanting to change her last name, as well as the rights to both of their homes and a division of their shared vehicles and bank accounts

She is not asking for any spousal support.
