Sebastian Bach may not be a guitar player, but he can certainly play one on TV.
The boisterous singer recently posted on his Facebook page that he’s been in California shooting an episode of the Showtime hit show ‘Californication’ starring actor David Duchovny.

Bach’s guest role will take place sometime during the show’s upcoming sixth season.

According to Bach, the role is a bit of a departure from his day job. “Very excited to be on the show! I play a guitar player as you can see by this pic taken yesterday,” he reports. “My role on the show is killer and interesting. I am honored to be part of ‘Californication”s 6th Season!’

After the shoot Bach talked about the positive experience, saying, “I had an incredible time shooting the show! David was a truly awesome guy as was the whole cast and crew. Including my buddy Steve Jones of the Sex Pistols!”

Bach is no stranger to television appearances with many successful runs at reality TV shows including ‘Gone Country,’ ‘Celebrity Fit Club,’ and ‘Supergroup,’ – just to name a few. He’s also has a few dramatic roles under his belt, the most memorable being a recurring spot on ‘Gilmore Girls.’

Rock ‘n’ roll always come first though for Bach. He released his latest solo disc ‘Kicking & Screaming’ in September of 2011.
