Seether have released 'Country Song,' the first single from the band's forthcoming album, 'Holding on to Strings Better Left to Fray,' due out on May 17.
The album was produced by Brendon O’Brien (Pearl Jam, Incubus), and is the first to feature new guitarist Troy McLawhorn.

With a name like 'Country Song,' it's no surprise that the four-piece dabbles in the genre, putting on their best southern twang for their verses. But fear not, Seether fans -- the band returns to its rock roots in the chorus.

"I keep on thinking that it's all done and all over now / You keep on thinking you can save me, save me / My ship is sinking but it's all good and I can go down / You got me thinking that the party's all over."

Seether just wrapped the video shoot for ‘Country Song’ on Tuesday, March 8th right here in San Antonio. I was one of the lucky few, along with 2 winners, that got to hang out on the set, and BE IN THE VIDEO!  ( watch behind the scenes footage below)

Seether will embark on a spring tour, beginning April 4.  Be sure to catch them live here in San Antonio at Bud Light KISS FEST on April 29th at Sunken Gardens.
