Fan-filmed video footage of soul singer Cee Lo Green performing a cover version of the DANZIG classic "Mother" during his appearance on day two of the Lollapalooza festival on Saturday, August 6 in Chicago, Illinois can be seen below. The GNARLS BARKLEY frontman took to the stage wearing sunglasses, large black shoulder pads with metal spikes, hardware store chains and fishnet stockings.
Cee Lo Green previously joined MÖTLEY CRÜE on stage on June 14 at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles to perform his hit song "Forget You" (a.k.a. "F--- You") as part of a mash-up with CRÜE's "Don't Go Away Mad (Just Go Away)". According to RollingStone.com, Cee Lo Green dropped in a couple of his own lines: "Fuck you! And fuck her too!" before happily leading a chant of "Crüe! Crüe! Crüe!"
