PAPA ROACH is currently in the studio laying down five brand new songs for inclusion on a live album that will be out sometime later this year. The group is working with BREAKING BENJAMIN and CAVO producer David Bendeth. The concert tracks were taped on the band's recent tour with SHINEDOWN.
Not only that, but there's a teaser video for it below. Additionally, Jacoby Shaddix posted a new blog on the band's MySpace page giving the lowdown on some new tracks expected to be packaged with the live disc.
Here's what he wrote:
"..WHAT'S UP YA'LL!
JUST WANTED TO SHOOT YOU ALL AN UPDATE... RIGHT NOW WE ARE IN THE STUDIO RECORDING 5 NEW TRACKS AND YOU BEST BELIEVE THIS SHIT IS POPPIN!!! WE ARE WORKING WITH A PRODUCER NAMED DAVID BENDETH, HE'S GREAT, IN ADDITION HE IS AN AWESOME GUITARIST... YOU SHOULD YOUTUBE SEARCH HIM.
THE 5 NEW TRACKS THAT WE ARE RECORDING WILL BE PACKAGED WITH A LIVE ALBUM THAT WE RECORDED ON TOUR AT THE END OF LAST YEAR... WE WANTED TO OFFER THE P ROACH FANS MORE THAN JUST A LIVE ALBUM, EVERYONE DOES THAT... MORE BANG FOR YOUR BUCK BITCHES!!!...
