The original Limp Bizkit lineup is preparing for their first release in ten years, and the first tracks should be available within weeks.

In a recent post to Twitter, frontman Fred Durst confirmed the new release, saying, "[It's] looking like our new single will be finding its way to you more like February-ish."

Limp Bizkit officially reunited in February 2009, and hit the road shortly after for tour dates in the U.S. and Europe. Their new album, Gold Cobra, is slated for release early this year.

"We decided we were more disgusted and bored with the state of heavy popular music than we were with each other," the band said in a statement on its official website.

"Regardless of where our separate paths have taken us, we recognize there is a powerful and unique energy with this particular group of people we have not found anywhere else. This is why Limp Bizkit is back," the band wrote. -limpbizkitworld.com
