Now this is a very odd pairing. This week's Rock Band DLC features one of the most jarring combinations of artists I can ever remember seeing released in a single week.

First up is a three-pack from nu-metal performers Slipknot, with two from last year's All Hope is Gone and one from their Platinum-selling 2004 release, Vol 3: (The Subliminal Verses).

And what goes best with some masked nu-metal? Why, Simon & Garfunkel, of course! We get two singles from the legendary folk duo, plus a free track from up-and-coming alt-rock outfit Lights Resolve.

The Slipknot pack goes for the usual $5.49 or 440 Microsoft Points, and each single goes for the usual $1.99 / 160 MS / 200 Wii points -- except the Lights Resolve track, which is both free and unavailable on Wii. Not really sure why you guys keep getting screwed with the free tracks.

Oh, and if you're looking for more Lego Rock Band tracks, don't even think about any of those Slipknot tunes. Only the singles will be available for your family-friendly rocking.
