A super slimmed-down JWoww was gracious to fans, even beckoning a shy teen to come forward for her autograph. The tanned guidette is no doubt enjoying Jersey Shore's latest record-breaking ratings, when a whopping 8.8 million people tuned in to last week's fourth season premiere to see the lovable cast infiltrate Italy.
