HANDS-ON. BASICS. Infinitely adaptable and surprisingly quick to make, this dough can provide a basis for hors d’oeuvre or a main course. Mix the perfect dough from simple ingredients, adjust the thickness of the crust to your liking, then toss and garnish with your favorites. A Pils, a Pale Ale & a Porter will be paired with the pizzas. Menu includes:

CLASS TIME 6:30 – 9 PM
Students must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
