DEMONSTRATION. Treat yourself to Italy’s version of Spain’s famed tapas bars, called cicchetti bars. In the Venice tradition, cicchetti bars offer stand-up meals composed of local wines and tiny delicacies on toothpicks. Menu includes:
Fried Garlic Stuffed Olives; Sweet & Sour Shrimp with Currants & Pine Nuts; Arancini with Spinach & Cheese; Grape Focaccia; Red Wine cooked Pasta with Parmigiano-Reggiano; Italian Sausage cooked in Red Wine; Porchetta Sliders; Polpette (Meatballs) stuffed with Mozzarella; and Biscotti.
