Empadinhas (Brazilian Shrimp Pies); Salada de Tomate e Palmito (Tomato & Hearts of Palm Salad); Caldo Verde (Portuguese Potato & Kale Soup with Chourico); Pão de Queijo (Brazilian Cheese Buns); and Beijinhos (Brazilian Coconut Kisses). $60 CLASS TIME: 6:30 - 9 PM Students should dress with kitchen safety in mind. Completely closed shoes - no sandals. No long flowing sleeves. Long hair pulled back.
