Run with or without your dog. Either way you'll be wagging your tail at this fun run through a scenic neighborhood while you support a great cause. All proceeds benefit the Animal Defense League of Texas, a no-kill shelter. This 5k will start at Paul Davis Park in Garden Ridge, with runners starting at 8:00 a.m. and following either a 5k or 1 mile loop course. The Kids Mile starts at 8:05. All races finish at the park. Dogs must be leashed at all times, especially since there are many deer in the neighborhood. All runners will receive a race T-shirt. After the race runners and walkers will enjoy sausage dogs, water, HEB Quench and beer for those of age.
