On Saturday, March 9, we are hosting a welcome reception for all patients, families, friends, sponsors and 5K participants from 5:30 pm -7:00 pm at the Marriott Plaza San Antonio. The private reception will be held in Victoria's, a charming, historic 19th century cottage on the grounds. This is a wonderful opportunity to spend time and connect with other patients and families in a relaxed setting. Reservations are required for the reception, so please RSVP to Ginger Caron by email, ginger.caron@tx.rr.com, or phone (214) 202-1988 and provide her with the number of adults and children (and the children's ages) who will be attending. Ginger can also answer any questions you may have about the reception. There is no charge to attend the reception; a voluntary donation of $10 per adult and $5 per child (ages 6-17) or per student (ages 18+) will be graciously accepted. For every $5 donated, you will receive one ticket to be entered into a prize drawing to be held at 7:00 pm! There is no need to be present to win. A cash bar will be available during the reception.
