Movement and motor skills are practiced and reinforced in age and developmentally appropriate ways. Classes are active and teach children fun and safe ways to exercise. Busy Bodies Classes incorporate music, singing, stories, games, and equipment to stimulate your child?s interest and imagination. Social skills such as sharing, taking turns, following directions and sportsmanship are a part of every class. Each class also includes a health topic to encourage the development of lifelong healthy habits. A healthy snack will be provided.
