This class will introduce school age old boys and girls to the sport of gymnastics. Basic warm-ups and stretching will lead into introductory skills. Boys and girls will have a chance to work on gymnastics equipment such as bars, beams, rings, and the vault. Tumbling, trampoline and acrobatic gymnastics will also be introduced. This is a perfect class for new gymnasts to try it out without a long term commitment.
