HANDS-ON. Join us for some fun as we share the techniques needed to make these delicious and festive menu items that you you’ll want to recreate in your own kitchen: Shrimp Rémoulade; Cajun Gumbo; Chicken Jambalaya; and Bananas Foster. $60
CLASS TIME: 4 – 6:30 PM Students must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
