Learn the traditional technique of tempering, stretching and working cheese curds to produce flavorful ovalini, braids and boconccini of fresh Mozzarella. We’ll share some favorite recipes that showcase its versatility in this menu that includes:
Prosciutto & Fresh Mozzarella Roulade; Fresh Mozzarella, Asparagus & Avocado Salad; and
Grilled Mozzarella & Tomato Sandwiches.
CLASS TIME: 10 AM – 12:30 PM Students should dress with kitchen safety in mind. Completely closed shoes - no sandals. No long flowing sleeves. Long hair pulled back.
