NEW ORLEANS SEAFOOD CLASSICS CM Cooking School Staff (For Ages 18 & Up) HANDS-ON. Master the basics of New Orleans seafood cookery with the expert guidance of our instructors. In-depth instruction will include tips on making:
Shrimp Remoulade; Seafood Jambalaya; and class will end with a sampling of Bourbon Street Bread Pudding.
$65 CLASS TIME: 6:30 – 9 PM Students must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
