The Art of Healing: a community outreach program hosted by Josie Mixon designed to help victims and survivors of abuse. Viva Book Store 8407 Broadway Street San Antonio, TX 78209 Saturday, Oct. 20th: 2 -4 PM In observance of Domestic Violence Awareness Month Josie Mixon will host a program to help other victims and survivors of abuse deal with their experiences so that they may know that they are not alone in their pain or in their journeys towards healing. Josie uses her own personal experience with these issues as the foundation from which she builds this program, and with the help of friends and family who will join her she will show you the many resources available to you. Art has an incredible and powerful healing energy which they will share with you in this Art of Healing workshop.
