Abigail A. Baird, Ph.D., award-winning neuroscientist and professor of Psychology at Vassar College, is the keynote speaker at The WSSAs 23rd LD Symposium. She will address THE TEEN SPECIES: BRAIN DEVELOPMENT, DECISIONS AND LEARNING DIFFERENCES. Eliot Garza, Founder of NSIDE Magazine is the lunch speaker. This year an Ethics session is available and led by Henry S. Perkins, M.D., F.A.C.P., Professor of Medicine at UTHSCSA. The Winston School San Antonio, a K-12 grade private school for students with learning differences, provides public information and training opportunities for health care and educational professionals and the general public.
