HOLIDAY PIE 101
Steve Wegner, CM Cooking School Instructor (Ages 18 & Up) HANDS-ON. BASICS. Practice makes perfect! We’ll start with the basics as you make pie dough by hand and using a food processor. Then you’ll roll the dough, form the crusts and make fillings. With detailed instructions in hand, you’ll take these ingredients home to assemble, bake and enjoy. • Flaky Pie Dough; • Apple-Cajeta Pie; and • Sweet Potato Pumpkin Filling. $65; Each Student will take the ingredients for “2” pies with them at the end of class. CLASS TIME: 5:30- 8:30 PM Students must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
