The Capital One Foundation and the Center for Financial Services Innovation invite you to explore the future of financial capability during a bidders meeting for the Financial Capability Innovation Fund II on October 15 from 3:30-5 p.m. in conjunction with the Opportunity Finance Network Conference in San Antonio, TX.
CFSI is pleased to announce the launch of a new grant fund—The Financial Capability Innovation Fund II — to provide financial and technical assistance to innovative and promising nonprofit-led interventions designed to promote financial capability among low-income and underserved consumers. The Financial Capability Innovation Fund II is supported by a collaborative of funders led by the Citi Foundation and also including the Capital One Foundation, NYSE Euronext Foundation, Charles Schwab Bank, Charles Schwab Foundation and Experian. Through the new fund, CFSI will award approximately $2.5 million total to 7-10 grantees with an average award size of $250,000 - $350,000. At this bidders' meeting, CFSI will review the financial capability framework and Fund RFP and answer questions from potential applicants about this funding opportunity.
